‘Practical Mindfulness’ is a relaxing and thought-provoking day for those new to it, or who may have already tried it, yet would like to incorporate it more into their lives.
During the day you’ll:
Explore core principles of mindfulness
Learn about and practice a range of mindfulness techniques and exercises
Understand more about how stress manifests and factors that lead to increased stress for them
Develop greater self-awareness, calmness, clarity, focus and emotional resilience
