What we do…

Offer help to those with issues affecting their wellbeing; including, but not limited to discomfort, pain and low self-esteem, anxiety, adapting to change and developing personal resilience.


Provide a range of hands-on and talking-based therapies and approaches including Counselling, Craniosacral Therapy, Massage (Amnanda), Mindfulness, NLP and Psychotherapy.
