Everyday Mindfulness ‘The art and science of being in the present’

    During the session, we’ll examine the why and what of mindfulness, ‘present moment awareness’ and activities that promote a mindful approach to everyday living. Whether it’s relaxation, clarity of thinking or personal development you’re after, we’ll consider how adopting a mindful attitude and a few mindful habits can support a profound sense of change and wellbeing.
