A mindful hour of stillness, presence and discussion

It is possible to engage in the practice of mindfulness and experience its benefits in as little as 1 minute. The core principles can be stated easily, ‘being in the moment’, ‘accepting what is and what is not’, ‘letting go of resistance’. The language of mindfulness is likewise straightforward and anyone, regardless of background, can practice and understand it for themselves, simply by doing it.

It is, in essence, simple. It is, at its core, easy. Because we all know, on some level, how to be.

It is also a practice. Moment to moment.

This is what these sessions are about.
