Mindfulness is one of the oldest forms of ‘self-help’ and yet is incredibly popular right now, possibly due to the wonderful combination of it being very effective and easy to do.

Yet, how do you go about it? So often people try meditation, mindfulness and other wellbeing approaches, but don’t stick at it.

The 12-week programme of Practical Mindfulness is designed to help you to:

  • explore the concepts of mindfulness and conscious embodiment
  • learn mindfulness, awareness and meditation techniques
  • practice different approaches to find the ones that are right for you
  • gain feedback and support in continuing to use and develop your own mindful practices
  • receive 1-1 and group support to practice and incorporate mindfulness into your busy schedule
