An Introduction to Mindfulness

Tired of a stressful life? Clogged up in your thinking? Feeling overwhelmed by all your have to do everyday? Or just simply interested in what mindfulness might have to offer?

Join us on an experiential workshop where you will explore the world of mindfulness and take away practical ways of bringing more peace, clarity and relaxation to your life.

Having practiced mindfulness for almost ten years, I have developed ways in which to embody its key concepts in simple, easy to use exercises and activities.

Mindfulness is about ‘now’, being conscious and aware of what is happening right now, in the moment. It is about developing perceptual skills for appreciating all that takes place, both within you and in the world around you. It involves cultivating attitudes and activities that bring your awareness to the moment. With practice it can provide a powerful tool for any kind of self-development. After all, it is in the present moment that all things happen: all decisions, all action, all change takes place in the ‘now’.
