Laura offers natural therapies for balanced health; mind and body. 

In her natural health practice, Laura helps people restore and manage their health and wellbeing using a combination of talking, herbal medicine, nutrition, energy balancing treatments and bodywork, such as; reiki and massage. Whether the health issue is physical, emotional or a combination. Laura also gives lots of information on how each person can help themselves through self-care advice or exercise, and a personalised treatment plan is provided after each initial consultation. 

When studying her degree in herbal medicine, Laura became particularly interested in the research around the mind-body connection, how stress or trauma can affect the body, and how it can be released. This inspiration influences her work today. Laura sees this manifest in many conditions in practice, and since qualifying in 2017, Laura has helped people in many different cases; from stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, to digestive issues, to hormonal imbalance, fertility, to eczema, and many more.  

Laura is always studying, reading and researching to ensure she is able to give the best possible care to those she helps.  

COSTS: 

Herbal Medicine

• Initial Appointment: £75 (1 – 1.5hr)
  Includes treatment plan, nutritional and lifestyle advice, herbal medicine prescription. (Herbal medicine and supplements charged extra). 
• Herbal Medicine Follow Up Appointment: £50 (45mins) 
  Includes revised prescription if required. 
• Herbal medicine is charged at £10 per 100ml/g 

 

Reiki: £45 (1hr) 

 

Massage: £45 (1hr)
