Laura Shakeshaft PG Dip Ayurveda
Ayurvedic Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Amnanda Process, Amnanda Moksha, Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique
Laura is an Ayurvedic practitioner and co-founder of Essential Ayurveda Retreats. Since qualifying at University of Middlesex in 2006 she has been helping people using a combination of bodywork, lifestyle guidance, food and herbs.
Health from an Ayurvedic perspective is not merely lack of pain or disease, it’s about learning to live well and Laura’s approach is to help people find this positive state of health for a happier and more creative life.
An important part of this approach is helping people free themselves from the self-limiting patterns that inhibit both physical and emotional well-being. Many of these patterns are linked to traumatic experiences or blocks that have developed and Laura works with these using two powerful Ayurvedic therapies, the Amnanda Process and Amnanda Moksha.
Laura also uses Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique to help address acute and long-standing physical issues such as back pain.
